What are your original cake toppers?

Our toppers are a simple yet effective non edible decoration that act as a sort of decorative cherry upon your bakes. They're all our 100% original designs & are made with high quality card & food standard cocktail sticks. They aren't just attractive, they're also great for those with allergies to or those who just don't like typical cake/ bakes toppings.

Are all your cake toppers handmade?

Yes, all our cake toppers are designed, customised, printed, cut, put together & packaged by hand all within our 5 star hygiene rated studio.

Are your toppers just for cupcakes?

Not at all, whilst they look lovely upon the top of cupcakes, they have been used to top breakfast waffles, to border tiered cakes, as place settings & to top appetisers to name just a few. If you've used them elsewhere, be sure to let us know, we'd love to see.

I have quite a long name. Can I have it on my customised toppers?

Yes, of course. We customise & edit all orders separately. We adapt designs to accommodate particularly long or short customisations by editing font sizes or moving particular design elements of your chosen topper. If for any reason, there are any issues or we don't feel the topper looks at it's best, we will always contact you to resolve issues & make sure you're happy with your customised design.

I'd like a completely custom design topper for my occasion. Is this possible?

Yes. We have made custom designs for occasions such as weddings as well as for shops to stock. We gain all the information we need from you to design & create the toppers you want and make sure you're involved in all design aspects until you're completely happy with your design. I'd like to make a big order. Do you offer discounts for this?

Yes. We will always offer you the best prices we can for larger orders. If you're interested in making a larger order then please email us at sales@jacinapod.com

I'd like some smaller baking kits for a children's party. Is this possible?

We are happy to make kits to your specifications, we can include all the products you find within our baking kits as well as our toppers or customised toppers. The minimum order amount for this is usually five baking kits but please do email us at hello@jacinapod.com so we can discuss what you would like & what we can do for you.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

As all our products are handmade, we estimate that an average order should be with you within 7 days. Larger orders may take longer but we will always contact you to keep you updated. If you need products quickly, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

How much is Postage & Packaging?

We send our parcels via 1st Class Royal Mail and try to keep our postage & packaging prices down as much as possible.

P&P for toppers range between £1.00 & £1.50 whilst P&P for baking kits is £3.50.

Larger orders (over 1kg) will cost £5.00 for delivery and will be sent via Royal Mail, 2nd Class to reduce cost to you.
